Human Resources Manager

Suzanne has worked in Human Resources within the Retail, Financial, Manufacturing and Construction sectors for over 30 years, including 8 years spent in World Class 2nd tier automotive industry companies gaining experience of lean manufacturing principles. Suzanne joined Comserv in 2010, and has been involved with all aspects of HR management, including TUPE transfers. She leads on policy implementation with regard to employment law and GDPR, as well as overseeing the recruitment, employee relations and occupational health processes. Her team also assist with the management of Comserv’s Apprenticeship and Work Experience programmes.
