We arrange for an Operative to attend at a resident’s property on the day and time that they choose - not when we say we can. We don’t always categorise the urgency of a repair in line with industry standards and this is what makes Comserv unique.
With an experienced Resource Centre who know and understand the skills of all our Operatives, you can be guaranteed that you will have the right Operative to do the right work at the right time.
Our Operative(s) will arrive onsite wearing Comserv uniforms and carrying photographic identification. In addition they will be driving a fully equipped van with an ‘intelligent’ van stock so that they do not have to rearrange the appointment. On the rare occasion that they don’t have the part in their van they can call our Resource Controllers who will organise for one of our delivery drivers to deliver the materials enabling the Operative(s) to continue working.
