At Comserv we recognise the importance of attracting and retaining diverse and previously under-represented people to reflect the Community which we serve.

We are signed up to the Armed forces Covenant and have received the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze award. This demonstrates our commitment to supporting the Armed forces Community.

In May 2021 we took on a Royal Navy veteran who wanted a change of career and to retrain as an Electrician. We employed him as an Electrician Improver and signed him up to complete his NVQ Level 3 which led to him gaining the experience he needed in order to become a fully qualified electrician.
