Repairs and Maintenance Manager

Dave has over 20 years experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance, managing teams delivering day-to-day repairs and voids. He's also produced, priced and delivered cyclical maintenance and capital investment works for various landlords, housing associations and councils. He has a wealth of knowledge gained from working in the construction and maintenance industry since 1988. Dave has had active roles in two system thinking interventions and recently worked on the development and implementation of a mobile working solution for operatives to receive and update jobs through a smart phone App. Dave is currently responsible for the management of operatives working on day-to-day repairs, and for the management of estimates and cost for voids through his team of supervisors.
