Communications & Engagement Manager

Julie has over 18 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications working across the Defence, Training, and Charity Sectors. Her role was created in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic and Julie joined Comserv in November 2020, becoming responsible for all internal and external communications. Julie took the company through a rebrand introducing a brighter, simplified logo and brand guidelines. She has also launched multiple internal communications to reach all staff across different platforms and launched a new website. She is champion of our social value work, and has developed a structure to manage this whilst building relationships with suitable organisations within our locality. She also works with the bid writing team as required.
